8 days through Europe's best motorcycle roads.
From the Mediterranean through Spain's Sierra Nevada, the Pyrenees, France's Balcony-roads, Italy's Dolomites into the Alps and to Lörrach. From there we take the motorcycles on the night train to Hamburg and end the adventure with the Color Line Kiel–Oslo.

This is not just a transport stage from Spain to Norway.
This is a unique guided motorcycle tour through some of Europe's very best areas for motorcycle riding .
We start in Torre del Mar on the Costa del Sol , on the Mediterranean Sea in southern Spain. From there we head north through Andalusia, on towards the Pyrenees and into France and the Alps.
During the trip you will experience winding mountain roads, spectacular viewpoints, small villages, deep valleys and some of Europe's most iconic mountain areas.
And the best part?
We don't drive unnecessarily far every day.
We have set a clear limit of a maximum of 5 hours of effective driving per day . This gives us time to stop, take pictures, eat good food, enjoy the views and actually experience the places we drive through.
When we arrive in Lörrach in southern Germany, we park the motorcycles on the motorcycle train to Hamburg . While you sleep, the motorcycle is transported north through Germany.
From Hamburg the trip continues to Kiel, where we board the Color Line to Oslo (included in the price)

The tour starts in Torre del Mar, approximately 30 kilometers east of Málaga.
From here the adventure begins.
We leave the Mediterranean and head into Andalusia. Gradually the Spanish coast disappears behind us, and the landscape changes to mountains, high plains and spectacular valleys.
The trip continues towards the Pyrenees.
This is where the mountain driving really begins.
We continue through France before moving into the Alps and on towards Switzerland and Lörrach.
The route is designed so that the driving itself is a big part of the experience . We choose small and winding roads rather than highways as much as possible.
We start at the Mediterranean and move into the stunning mountain landscape of Andalusia.
Here we get the perfect start to the trip with winding roads, beautiful mountains and small Spanish villages.
We drive through areas around the Sierra de Tejeda and Sierra Nevada , before ending the day in the Granada area.

A perfect first day – enough driving to get the feeling of adventure, but with plenty of time to enjoy the experiences along the way.
We leave Granada and head north.
This is the day where we truly enter the lesser-known Spain.
We move through the mountainous areas towards Baza and further towards the interior of the country.
Here we find long, open turns, little traffic and a landscape that is constantly changing.
This is Spain far away from the tourist areas along the coast.

We continue north through Aragón and approach the Pyrenees.
The landscape gradually becomes more dramatic, and the mountains grow before us.
Today's destination is the Pyrenees, where we end the day surrounded by mountains.
Here we get the first taste of the truly great mountain roads that await.

Accommodation in the Pyrenees area.
Now the real mountain driving begins.
We use the Pyrenees the way they should be used – on a motorcycle.
Turn after turn, mountain after mountain.
Depending on weather and driving conditions, we include some of the spectacular mountain roads and passes available at this time of year.
We then continue into the South of France.

Approximately 4–4.5 hours of efficient driving
This will be one of the big highlights of the trip.
We move towards the Alps and see a completely different landscape than what we experienced in Spain.
Depending on weather and open mountain passes, the route can be laid through spectacular areas around the Gorges du Verdon, the Route Napoléon and the French Alps .
This is the day for the great views, the hairpin bends and the feeling of being deep in Europe's mountain world.

Accommodation in the Alpine region.
Last day of driving.
We continue through the Alps and on towards Switzerland.
In May, some of Europe's highest mountain passes may still be closed for winter, so the route will be adjusted according to actual conditions as the trip approaches.
The goal is not to cross a specific pass at any cost.
The goal is to find the best motorcycle route that is actually open and safe on the day we ride .
In the afternoon we arrive in Lörrach.
Here we end the actual motorcycle ride.

Approximately 3.5–4.5 hours of efficient driving
Now comes one of the most special experiences of the trip.
Instead of spending a whole day on the motorway through Germany, we put the motorcycles on the motorcycle train from Lörrach to Hamburg . This is included in the price.
Your motorcycle travels with you.
You can therefore relax after several days on Europe's mountain roads, have dinner and get a good night's sleep while the train carries us north.
In the morning we wake up in Hamburg – with the motorcycle ready for the last part of the journey.
From Hamburg we drive the short leg to Kiel.
Here we board the Color Line to Oslo . This is included in the price.
After several days through Spain, the Pyrenees, France, the Alps and Germany, we can relax and enjoy the last part of the journey together.
The next morning we disembark in Oslo.
The adventure is over.
But the memories last a long time.
We don't believe that a good motorcycle trip is about the most kilometers possible. We want time to stop, take photos, eat, chat and experience.
Andalusia, the Pyrenees, the South of France and the Alps provide a fantastic variety throughout the journey.
We prioritize good motorcycle roads and great experiences over highways and transportation.
A smart and comfortable way to get north without spending a whole day on the highway.

You don't have to spend time planning your route, hotels and stops. We'll take care of the arrangements - you can concentrate on your motorbike and the experience.
For those of you who want a modern adventure motorcycle, the KTM 790 Adventure is a natural choice.
It is light, comfortable and very well suited to this type of trip – from the winding mountain roads of Andalusia to the Pyrenees and the Alps.
Luggage: The bikes are equipped with 24 liter KTM soft bags. In addition, the rider must bring their own 30-50 liter waterproof bag and attach straps to it.
Mototours offers Norwegian registered motorcycles with Norwegian insurance. The KTM 790 Adventure is among the models offered. in various heights and lowered 5 cm to a seat height of 78 cm.
This tour is medium demanding and is not suitable for beginners.

Book a flight to Malaga airport in Spain. We'll take care of the rest for you. You'll stay at Hotel Mainake in Torre del Mar the first night, but it's a good idea to arrive a day or two earlier.
We focus on the social aspect and the guide is with us from morning to evening. We start the driving day at 9-10 am, and arrive at the next hotel around 5-6 pm. All driving takes place on asphalt, mostly on winding countryside and mountain roads with little traffic. We drive at a leisurely pace, so everyone can enjoy the day and the spectacular views. There will be some transport stages on the motorway.
All hotels are booked by us but paid for by the participant on site. Please let us know if you want a single or double room. Average price per room is about 50-120 euros.
Train from Lørrach is booked by us and is included in the price (400 euros). Ferry from Kiel to Oslo is booked by us and is included in the price (300 euros). On the train we will be 3-4 per cabin and on the ferry 2 people per cabin. If anyone wants their own cabin, please let us know and it can probably be arranged for an extra cost.
After today's riding experience, we gather for an "afterbike" and enjoy ourselves in the sun. Joint departure for dinner at a local restaurant at approximately 8 pm. We ride on Norwegian-registered motorcycles from KTM with a Norwegian insurance company.
