Here you'll find info about trading with CBP Tours. We want everyone to have a great social experience with a relaxed vibe, focusing on motorcycle riding and good times.

CBP Tours isn't a travel agency, so there are many things we can't include in our travel arrangements. That's why our info says 'this is not included.' Of course, we'll help you book hotels and transportation, but you, as customers, have to pay for these directly.

Booking
When CBP Tours accepts your booking, you'll get an order confirmation sent to the email address you provided on the booking form.

Prices
All prices on our website are in Norwegian kroner (NOK).
The prices for the trips are shown on the website, outside each individual trip, and on the order confirmation and subsequent invoice.  

Payment
CBP Tours is committed to a 100% safe and secure shopping experience. You'll receive an invoice sent to the email address provided when ordering. This must be paid in full before the trip starts. If you have any questions, contact us at therese@cbp.no

Consumer safety

As a CBP Tours customer, you always have the rights as stated by the Norwegian Consumer Council (Forbrukerrådet). You can read more about the Consumer Council's guidance here:

Cancellation

If you cancelwithin 30 days before the trip = 100% refund

Deductible in case of motorcycle damage
In case of damage to the motorcycle, the participant can be held liable for a deductible of up to 15,000 NOK.

Self-responsibility declaration
Participants join the tour at their own risk and are responsible for following applicable laws and regulations.

Force majeure:
CBP tours can cancel a service without any liability if the service cannot be delivered due to obstacles beyond our control. This includes extreme weather conditions, war, dangerous infections and diseases, disasters and other situations that are unpredictable or unavoidable on our part.

All participants must have valid travel insurance, and it's also a good idea to have a European Health Insurance Card.
