Ordering
When Mototours Travel accepts your booking, you will receive an order confirmation sent to your email address.
Prices
All prices listed on our website are in Norwegian kroner (NOK). The prices for the trips are shown on the website outside of the individual trip.
Consumer safety
As a customer at Mototours Trovel, you always have the rights stated in the Consumer Council. You can read more at the link below.
Payment
Mototours Travel is committed to a 100% safe and secure driving experience. You will be sent an invoice to the email address provided when booking.
Cancellation
If you cancel within 30 days of the trip - 100% refund
Force majeure
Mototours Travel may cancel a service without any liability if the service cannot be provided due to obstacles beyond our control.
Deductible in case of damage
In the event of a motorcycle accident, the participant may be held liable for a deductible of up to NOK 5,000.
