Info about booking a trip

Here you will find information that applies to trading at Mototours Travel. We are committed to ensuring that everyone has a good social experience with low shoulders, motorcycle riding and fun in focus.

Mototours Travel is not a travel agency, therefore there are many things that cannot be included in our travel arrangements. That is why it says in our info that "this is not included". We of course help with booking hotels and booking transport, but you as a customer must pay for this directly.

Ordering
When Mototours Travel accepts your booking, you will receive an order confirmation sent to the email address you provided on the booking form.

Prices
All prices listed on our website are in Norwegian kroner (NOK).
The prices for the trips are shown on the website, outside the individual trip, and on the order confirmation and subsequent invoice.  

Payment
Mototours Travel is committed to a 100% safe and secure shopping experience. You will receive an invoice that will be sent to the email address provided when booking. This must be paid in full before the tour starts. If you have any questions, please contact us at janet@motorours.travel

Consumer safety

Cancellation

If you cancelwithin 30 days before the trip = 100% refund

Excess in case of motorcycle damage
In case of damage to the motorcycle, the participant can be held liable for a deductible of up to NOK 15,000

Liability Disclaimer
Participants join the tour at their own risk and are responsible for following applicable laws and regulations.

Force majeure:
Mototours Travel may cancel a service without any liability if the service cannot be provided due to obstacles beyond our control. This includes extreme weather conditions, war, dangerous infections and diseases, disasters and other situations that are unforeseeable or unavoidable on our part.

All participants must have valid travel insurance, and it's also a good idea to have a European Health Insurance Card.
